I think if they had grown up together it would have been like Sweet Valley High personality wise with Sutton being more into fashion, boys, and scheming, and Emma being like Elizabeth the more academic one like Laurel. Plus book Emma did want to go into investigative journalism and Liz wanted to be a journalist. I think they would have competed but had loyalty towards each other
