When I did the Board Guide, we were supposed to have both. Yes, I agree Finn and Kol are dead but they still count as "Originals". And I think it is possible that we get flashbacks. I mean, I'm not sure that we are done with Kol yet.
I think it is just a misunderstanding more than a disrespectful act. That's harsh. And also, I want to add that I did the Board Guide only to guide us. It could be modified in any way. I was not forcing anyone to use it the way I wanted.
