they have a come a long way from season one. i was just thinking about how they have toned down on stiles' talking about his feelings for lydia this season. his crush was well established in the first two seasons. i don't think his feelings have changed at all but in order for them to develop...that was pushed into the background. (he did tell scott before heather's party "no lydia, no allison" or something like that. if he was over her...he wouldn't have brought lydia up.)
