Maximoff is Quicksilver's last name. Pietro Maximoff.
There's been some debate as to whether or not they'd be presenting Quicksilver as Magneto's son or if he'd just be another Mutant, this hints at the former.
It might also suggest his sister's presence (which would no doubt exacerbate the little storm in a teacup that flashed into life after Bryan Singer announced Evan Peter's casting a couple of weeks after Joss Whedon revealed that he would be using both Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch in Avengers 2) .
But what it's really hinting at, is a focus on Magneto's past, and on his family.
