Both ideas are good. I know that we will definately see more about the Romulans concerning the temporal cold war in Enterprise. The Vulcans are a given due to TOS, "First Contact" and ST:ENT. Andorians are kind of fun to play with but I don't see too much happening there because of the TOS episode. It would be mucking up too much of the Trek timeline.
I admit... I'd like to know more about the Vulcan/Romulan split.
