So last night I spaced out a little watching a gif set with this scene included, along with the one where Oliver leaves after Diggles gets there, we know Felicity was holding Oliver's arm and let go when he left, but seeing the two gifs together made me realize that the moment they cut to Diggle I think Oliver helped her up when she put her hand on his (as shown in this one) and they both kept holding on their arms and then we just caught the little glimpse of them breaking the touch.
It's amazing what these two make me do, staring at them and finding things like this
