First Looks usually last a while; the fandom's so small--especially online--that there's a decent possibility that few have had the opportunity to go to theaters that feature First Look. I actually saw a First Look for season 2 last year--and they usually keep the same features for a certain amount of time.
Also: I saw in another thread that people were worrying over the legit-ness of TV Guide... Trust me: TV Guide's about as legit as it gets. They don't release any spoilers/details without the say-so of the show's higher-ups.
