I think Wade will realize that if he ever has a chance to get Zoe back that he will have to show her that he has changed and that he won't ever do that to her again. I don't think he can give up on Zoe even if he wants to. I can see his dad being a catalyst to helping him not give up on her too.

But I don't think Wade will fight for Zoe, because I don't think he's going to believe that Zoe will ever forgive him. He begged for her forgiveness & she broke up with him & I think he's just going to assume that's that then. Wade has never really thought for Zoe, in 2x01 he completely downplayed what Zoe meant to him, probably because he didn't think he had a chance against Zoe. Him asking her on a date in 2x09 took so much courage for him. I just think it's in Wade's nature to not ever try to get what he wants because he assumes that he won't succeed.
