It's because she is really into him, I highly doubt there will be less episodes of these two as they are supposed to be a couple. We will see what happens but when you are really into a guy who isn't really right for you or you are not sure about it, it will cloud your Judgment, believe me I know from experience lol. I just really like these two, personally I feel like she can really help him, Jimmy has issues but doesn't everybody. I won't judge until when more episodes air lol.
