I totally agree, and it makes me wonder how he would've been had Jackie actually been pregnant in season 1. Would he have married her? If so, would he have stayed faithful? Probably not.
I wouldn't put it past Laurie to go after Kelso, even if he'd married a pregnant Jackie.
