For the "conundrum" journal prompt, it sounds like you can write about any problem you have faced. Usually journal entries are more like pre-writing, freewriting, etc. In other words, they aren't as formal as an essay or paragraph might be, so there isn't necessarily a right or wrong answer. Feel free to write about a situation you have been in in which you had to decide what is right or wrong, etc.
As far as "Once Upon a Time", I don't watch the show, but any time you have to describe something, you can describe how it looks, how it acts, how it sounds, etc.
