Everyone has made some great comments on Wade after reviewing the episode.
Wade was strong in that episode in his own way. He wanted to go together, he saw that this was a problem that went beyond doctor patient, He said lets wake him up for a real conversation, Wade enforced the rules and asked her what is her excuse. He gives Zoe a certain amount of rope but does intervene or calls foul when he needs to.
Plus I love how WB plays important scenes he dips Wade's voice lower when it is a more serious conversation just for a word. Example video game conversation he was shocked and did not find his voice right away and when Wades one word comment when Zoe said she can not deny that their is still feelings between George and herself.
