That's exactly what I was thinking. No one would have known Ben was there if that fan didn't take that picture. And there are NO pics of Mischa at Cabana at WireImage (like there are of Rach/Ben/etc)...she skipped the whole carpet thing and was literally hiding behind Nicole.
