He does...but you know how he is...he just never admits it. Remember the first break up where Sheldon became their psuedo son...he hated seeing LP fighting. Then in TWT he said, "Oh, please we all know what's going to happen." I took it as meaning he wants them them to end up together. Also, from the press release for the premiere...which is all we are going by...he tries to intervene. Hence, his addition to the honorary list.
