I'm pretty sure her and Arthur weren't they weren't in the picture Mad-Eye showed Harry. I don't think that they would have known each other before hand. And she had probably based some of her feelings for Sisius on what she heared in the media. Remember how she acted towards Hermione when Rita Skeeter wrote about her.
I find this odd because Arthur is always having things written about him in the media so you would think that Molly wouldn't believe what she reads.
