You sign up for a subscription and put movies in your queue. Depending on your subscription, Netflix will start sending you the dvds in the order of your queue. There's no late fee, you just send the dvd back when you're done with it. Netflix also has instant streaming so you can watch movies and tv shows. Does your country have a similar program?
