I think the show clearly showed differing levels of Blair's sobriety on 1x7 vs 5x18. I would say Blair was probably 'a bit tipsy' with Chuck, but she's talking to Chuck coherently in the limo...nothing like the 'totally sloshed' she was in the elevator where no one realized no one had pushed the button for like 2 minutes


(Not meaning to start an argument, just stating my opinion...)
