What could be a possible unintended consequence of this once they go to work? Already explored the gossip angle pretty deeply (with Pratt is to Carter as to S/E is to Mark/Susan), but what else can be a possible repercussion. If this changes things, Susan's still with Chuck, but Elizabeth hasn't been with the two men at the same time yet.

hmm, maybe rumors start up, kind of like they did with mark/susan? or, idk if you watch greys anatomy at all, but before callie came out addison noticed something was up with her & erica and made some comments about it. or chuck could make a comment about how susans been spending time with elizabeth? I don't know if any of that would work
