Or the scene when she talks to Chuck takes place after the argument. Dan is gone to Brooklyn and Blair goes after him and reveal her feelings.
Dan looks like he's falling asleep when Blair open the door and the preview when she talk about the loophole is their first scene. Remember that it's suppose to be a real time episode so... I really want to remain optimistic but it's also more logical to me.
