I truly believe that Barney is the only one to not know about the infertility because he's the one who needs to know the most. The most important event tends to be saved for last, and I don't think it is an accident that Barney is the only one in the gang to not know right now. I think Robin is more nervous to tell him than anyone because it wasn't just her fantasy children she saw disappearing but their potential fantasy children.
