I miss Rich too but to be completely honest Im also wary about seeing him in future eps again too. I guess since I feel like they handled 6x02 so wonderfully in terms of his love for her, I'm worried that they're going to show him having moved on quite a bit since I'd imagine that they don't want to put too much constant emphasis on his grief. Don't get me wrong, I don't want his storyline to be purely preoccupied with Grace, but he loved her so much that he'll definitely still be grieving (and will be for a long, long time) and there's a fine line between not focusing too much on his grief and ignoring it altogether.
