KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I WAS SMOKING 40 CIGS A DAY UNTIL 7 YEARS AGO THEN READ ALAN CARRS EASY WAY TO GIVE UP SMOKING AND I HAVENT HAD ONE SINCE. SO AL YOU WOULD BE SMOKERS AND WANT TO GIVE UP SMOKERS KEEP GOING IT WILL GET EASIER
