I know I know but...god it's like if he stays in town people will ALWAYS use him to try to get to Elena, his life will always be in danger and he'll never leave her willingly because he loves her and wants to protect her but eventually it could get him killed. He almost died earlier in the episode. If Alaric wasn't there to take the hit, he would have been dead. I understand why she did it.
That was so great, he was thinking on his feet AND Tyler is the one that told him about the beheading so good for that little tip. I was like woah when he chopped the head off.
