I was really happy to see Anna back b/c I like her and I like her with Jeremy. She's the only ghost I'd be OK with coming back to life.
Oh, and maybe Uncle John Daddy Sark, but he's on Once now, isn't he?
TVD is pretty good at not repeating SL. I think we'll be safe against ghosts at least until s9.
