I think they got a lot of smack for the second time. People said it was too much like the first line. I do agree that he's being too polite though. Remember when he was supposed to be a dirty ****ing ****er ****? and he was supposed to tame his language because they were working at the Florricks' but now what's his excuse?

I hate it when they forget about little touches like that. It helps define the characters.
