Oh yeah, "tree" is pretty common in areas where that kind of Irish accent is strong. I personally say "three" but down south, you will hear "tree" a lot.

I speak *a little* but I didn't start learning until I was 11 and I stopped when I was 14.

They could do what they wanted basically. Like, the teacher would set a deadline and I would make sure I was absolutely ready to hand in an assignment on that date. But then 10 students wouldn't have the work done and the teacher would give everyone an extra day or two and I would be thinking... well let's just say Kingsleyyy kinda took over.
