I understand why certain people feel like JJ and Will should remain this paragon of virtue type of couple and are so happy but it's also realistic if they start to have problems in their relationship, especially now that JJ has become a profiler. I imagine Will isn't too happy with the long hours, just as Emily suggested and JJ hinted at in the season opener.
