Yes, I agree! I still think it's interesting how the writers, even back in S1, had a R-R-J dynamic going on. It was clearly done more to highlight Joey and Ross's friendship, but their scenes interest me in a storytelling sense. And I love that it's Joey's loyalty to Ross that gets a lot of focus when Joey is in love with Rachel. It's interesting to watch the scenes where he's torn up about Rachel and flipping back and forth between being happy and angsty. Matt did a fantastic job displaying his dramatic acting in that arc; he'd come a long, long way from portraying his character in Season 1, so I love that the writers took his character there and in (IMO) a very nuanced way. The writing and acting in S8 was brilliant.

& what I liked about the 6 of them walking through the graveyard is that they looked closer together then the others

Ohh, yeah! That is true. I do like that they're walking close together, and that they're next to each other in the grave shot
And yeah, the picture you're talking about is adorable. It's interesting that Joey and Rachel were laughing over Ross's naked picture while Ross was like "Yes, yes, let's be adults". Then in TOW No One is Ready, we get this:
Quote:
Joey: You could drink the fat.
Ross: Hi, welcome, to an adult conversation.
Rachel: No, no, no, now wait, wa, wa, waa-it a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. That actually, uh, that sounds interesting.
Ross: What?
Rachel: I think you should drink the fat.
Joey: Yaaaay!

And in a couple other episodes, Joey explains something ("Face your fear" to Chandler in S3 and the moo point thing in S7), and Rachel agrees with Joey. They were always on the same wavelength
