I haven't read the books and stuff, but from what I've seen on the show, I hope Dany doesn't end up sitting on the Iron Throne. Yes, she may have a "claim" on it, but it doesn't mean that she'll make the best Queen, especially when she doesn't know a whole lot about that land, what the needs of the people of Westeros are... basically I don't want her as queen because she believes it's her birthright.
