who remembers in the episode risky business, Hotch was watching JJ very closely he was truely concerned for JJ through out the whole episode, and when they were on the plane heading to the case, did you see how when their eyes met they were talking to each other she saw that Hotch knew this case would be hard for her and he told her with soft eyes he was there for her
