Sorry for the late reply here. Been without internet for quite a while.
She talked about it in the Oprah interview with Kelly. I found the video.

Kelly: Yeah. It's my outlet, so.
Oprah: You're outlet. Yeah. And do you write still a lot Reba?
Reba: [shakes her head] No.
Kelly: [laughing] I love that!
Oprah: Not a bit?
Reba: Nope. I'll get an idea every once in a while, somebody will say something and I'll write it down and then I'll tell Kelly.

Kelly: Write somethin'.
Reba: That works out real well.

This was in 2007, so I bet there are a number of songs that have bits of Reba. During "So Far Apart" that she sang during the VIP preshow thing, she said "That's Reba" after the line "like the son you love, but can't quite reach anymore".
