When really was JEMMA's first date, i really don't think they had one. I think it was just something to say.
figure Emma has only ever worn taht plaid shirt on significant times with Jenny so...?
maybe they were just making a generalization that since they started to have feelings for one another is when they made a conscious effort to dress up or at least Jenny did since she actually changes her clothes.
