They're really easy once you get the hang of it
For an image you need to put [img] (the link to the image) [/img] but without the spaces.
And links are the same put [url] link [ /url]
For example [img]
http://30.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ln...s5jho1_400.gif [/img]
becomes
