Because there was a misunderstanding.
This is for a brand new shiny OP so this time we're collecting new testimonials from everyone not just people who missed out last time, so if you did one before, it'll be removed unless you resend me it. Just copy and paste. 
Sorry for the hassle guys! It's just sort of the thing around here to NOT stockpile old testimonials unless the creator asks for it to be reused
