No, I think Vi is Cooper's best man, that makes a whole lot more sense. After all Cooper was her maid of honor... Vi and Amelia are wearing different dresses, aren't bridesmaids usually dressed the same? It makes sense that she chooses Amelia, with their whole NA connection.
