She's probably still in love with her rapist because the show doesn't acknowledge that what happened to her was rape.
But even if the show did, they
could have ended up going the route where she still loves Declan, because in real life, there are girls who get raped by someone they know/are close to, and they end up not telling anyone because they still care about their rapist and don't want to get them in trouble.
