I believe we decided that it'd be a good idea to have the questions so that it generates chat everytime. Kinda generic stuff like favourite line, best character of the episode, funniest moment etc and then if people don't watch and chat at the time, they can at least answer the questions and get involved still.
So, we should probably watch the episode then after it's finished we answer the questions and make any additional comments (and we need to try and not do lame one word answers and elaborate as much as possible, at least where we can) and then chatting should commence.
Oh, how about Twitter? Another thing we did when we had Murdock Week viewing was to chat to each other on there and have the ol' #&topic, so it could be #scrubs or whatever to try and get people to notice maybe. :S
