I think Rachel is a private person to start with and then when she started dating Ryan - the whole McGosling craze started and she lost her privacy. Their relationship and eventual breakup was too public for what she was comfortable with, so in my opinion, she won't make that mistake again. At any rate, Michael Sheen seems more mature anyway and probably doesn't want to be in tabloids either - I think they will limit their public appearances for the time being.
