I think I was able to track down the source and it's from BuzzFoto.com. It doesn't say anything about 1 of the actors being married though. But yeah, I think it's very likely that it's about them. It might be possible that Liz and Chris have broken up some time in the middle of filming. No idea if the thing with Charles started up before or after the break up.
