I always thought that Bonnie and Elena had the strongest relationship followed by Caro/Bonnie. Until this season I thought that Elena/Caroline had the weakest one. Now I think it's Bonnie/Caroline that need to improve things.

I definitely can see that. Last season Bonnie and Caroline were closer, but this season I definitely think Elena and Caroline have grown closer. But I don't think Bonnie/Caroline's friendship is over, they can still mend things for sure.
