Dawson still loved and wanted Joey as much as ever right to the very end.
I'm such a baby when it comes to this show and Dawson and Joey cuz just posting this scene and reading Dawson's lines hurts me how Dawson wanted Joey so much and she just wanted to move on.
The writers really killed the fantasy of everlasting love and soul-mates not letting D/Jo end up together.
Sorry if i depressed anyone but this scene makes me sad I wish Joey would of been there when Dawson woke up in the morning.
