I think why it hurt her so much was the fact that they went through much more personal things then she did with the other boys. Like finding her mom. Jesse was the only one she told about how she wanted to know her mom and he 'helped' her find her mom. I think that moment especially made her feel like he would never do anything to hurt her so then when he did it hurt much more than anything else.
Those are just my thoughts on it.
