I guess Steph says that because if someone REALLY wants to be with a person you just put your heart and soul for making it happen, even though you're 100000000 miles away.

Definitely. I'm a believer... but if this relationship end in one of them moving in with the other as soon as possible... or probably getting married.
A long distance relationship forever doesn't work.
