Srsly srsly I'll nevr get over how well that song fits with that scene. I'll never get over where the writers chose to have NE's fist time as well. It's such a beauitful, private place, so unlike the urban concrete walls of Bristol - that yes it's like when they were they were in a new completely different world. Full of colour and full of life, it's literally breathing all around them.

When you think about the symbolism of the other major couples "First time" then yes it looked as if Naomily was a love you felt made to last, while Ceffy's was a rushed heat of the moment desire and FE was shrouded in darkness both by the setting and Effy's situation. So they were destined to be doomed.
