Ok I've seen on this Harry Potter board and its really fun.
How it works:
Every four days a new person goes in the hotseat and others can ask them questions, the hotseater
doesnt have to answer every question i.e. if its too personal. When the four days are up they nominate the next person. You can ask as many questions in one go as you want.
When you choose someone to be in the hot-seat its generally a good idea to send them a PM so they know to come to the thread
