That's actually really funny, because my story is kinda similar.
One of my friends sent me a link to the YouTube video of "Hello Seattle" becuase I'm from there, and I guess they thought it was funny.
I thought the song was pretty catchy, and I liked it...but didn't really listen to anything else from them. And then about a month later, my sister wanted me to listen to the "Fireflies" song, and I saw that it was the same guy!
Of course, I loved the song and had to hear more, and that's when I heard "Vanilla Twilight", and just absolutely fell in love. The rest is history. I'm a sold fan for life.
