Yeah, I absolutely loved it when Percy told Draco to respect Prefect (him). Someone needed to tell him that. But ohg well, Draco didn't actually obey...and I'm sure Percy isn't having a problem with Lucius at the ministry. Like father, like son those Malfoys.
And if Percy would become a DE, I guess Lucius would have something to do with that...at least some fic (oh well, they're slash) had something like that. Lucius telling Percy he can get fame if he chooses DE side-
