Based on tapes I'd say his biggest competition is Rainn Wilson.
I can only see Neil or him winning, others tapes are not that strong.
Maybe Tracy Morgan if the love for 30 Rock will be that great, but I doubt it.
I love other comedies actually, but really want Neil to finally win that thing. He deserves it.
