I have all the 24 episodes recorded from Sky One on my Sky plus box and I can safely say that promo is not on any of them, nor have I seen it any other time I've watched that channel, so I've no idea where it's come from. Maybe they decided not to really use it, or maybe it is new
Edit: So I looked into it and on their webiste they have this interview with him from during Day 7 and so I would say the promo was done about then.
