They should get paid a lot more simply for the amount of crap they have to deal with from
people they're trying to help . I can't blame people for being reluctant to go into the nursing track- underpaid, underappreciated and overworked, so no wonder there's a shortage. But I think it's such a rewarding job at the end of the day, it's worth it.
Detail is my problem. More than once I've been told off for 'going off on tangents'. It's not my fault I find things interesting that aren't asked in the question! It's not my fault the question's boring!
